Short answer: You can’t. It’s a website.
Longer answer: While it’s called the Climber App, it functions as a website, so you can navigate to Peak Experience’s Climber App login page through your preferred web browser on your device.

After filling out our Assumption of Risks waiver, you’ll automatically be sent an email with an invite link to create your login credentials. The invite link will expire after two weeks, though, so you can always call either of our locations during operating hours to request a new Climber App invitation email be sent to the email you have on file! Contact info and hours for each location are located in the footer of this page.

The Climber App gives you the ability to perform a large array of actions that you would normally request from Peak Staff! You can purchase and manage memberships, browse our event catalog and book classes/events, see your purchase history, update payment methods and much more! Starting in September 2025, we have a referral program to provide existing members an account credit for referring a new member and a discount for the new member’s initial purchase!
Each active member has a referral code associated with their account in Capitan. It can be located in the Climber App Home page, in the My Account section below their name and email.
When purchasing a membership for the first time, the purchaser may enter the referral code of a person with an active Peak Experiences membership. There is a field provided on the purchase page of eligible membership for discount, referral and redemption codes.
The $20 discount will automatically apply to the purchase once the purchaser applies the referral code and will be reflected in the line items below Subtotal.
Once the purchase is complete, the referring member will automatically have a $20 credit applied to their account!
Active members receive a $20 account credit for each new member they refer. This credit will be automatically applied to the next bill for those with monthly EFT memberships. Members with prepaid memberships can use the credit when purchasing another prepaid membership or event booking. REFERRAL CREDITS CAN NOT BE USED FOR RETAIL.
New members can use an existing member’s referral code to receive a $20 discount on their initial membership purchase.
Referral discounts only apply for membership purchases by customers who have never had a Peak Experiences membership before. The referral code will not work for someone who has previously had a Peak Experiences membership.
Referral discounts are only eligible when the person being referred is purchasing one of the normal Peak Experiences membership offerings that are 30 days or longer in length. Purchases of Youth Programming memberships, school club memberships, and the two week trial membership are all excluded from the referral program (however, those with those membership types may use their active member referral code to refer a new member and receive the referral credit).
No refunds will be granted for memberships purchased with the use of a referral code.
There is no limit for the number of people that can use a specific member’s referral code.

Only the “owner” of a membership (the person whose account the membership is billed to) can manage a membership in the Climber App. Individual memberships that have a different owner than active member and Household memberships will denote the owner of the membership in the Climber App site.

If you’re having issue with managing your membership in the Climber App site, you can call either Peak Experiences location during operating hours to have one of our staff assist you.

Our Individual EFT and Household EFT memberships are different memberships entirely, so you’ll need to cancel your current membership and purchase your desired membership (both actions can be done through the Climber App site).
If your specific membership change requires more attention (it was just billed, there are multiple memberships involved, etc.), you can always call one of our locations during operating hours and one of our front desk staff will be able to assist you!

Our household memberships are structured to provide a discounted monthly price per member in order to lessen the financial burden on the head(s) of a household that are paying for the memberships of multiple other people/dependents living at the same residence. Sometimes, you’ll see other gyms refer to this as a “family membership.” For this reason, we limit the maximum number of adult active members on a household membership to two (2). Once there are two adult active members on a household membership, any additional member added must be under 18 years old.
We realize that families and households are all unique, so we are more than willing to discuss possible solutions and exemptions if your situation warrants it! You can contact Ryan, our Director of Engagement, with any questions.

For our normal memberships (excluding youth programs), children have the same membership rates as adults. We use the term, “Child Add-On,” with the assumption that the first two members of a household membership are adults, but the base rate for the first two members of a household membership is the same regardless of the members ages.
That being said, we do offer the Student association discount that applies to most children, as well as several youth programs and school club memberships!

Discounts are automatically applied to Individual memberships through “Associations” in Capitan (the system we use) - there’s more about these on the Memberships page of our website. You can apply for an association that grants a discount in the Associations page of the Climber App site!
Important reminders about association discounts:
You need to apply to an association before purchasing an individual membership to receive it’s discount on your initial membership payment.
Some associations have term limits, so you will need to re-apply for them on a regular interval (details can be found on the application page for each association). You can do so through the Climber App site or at the front desk of either location!
Association discounts only apply to Individual memberships. Our Household memberships are already priced to grant a reduced per-person monthly cost.
Association discounts do NOT stack - we automatically apply the single highest discount that you have applied for and qualify for!
