A Leap into fall registration!
From the moment our first campers stepped off the bus to the final “See You Next Year!” this past summer was an amazing adventure fulled with laughter, growth, and just the right amount of sunscreen. Whether it was:
Screaming at the top of our lungs as we screamed down the zipline
Cheering each other at the top of a climb
Challenging each other (and ourselves!) as we paddled the James River rapids…
It was a reminder that Passages Adventure Camp is more than just a place - it’s a feeling. It’s the feeling of teamwork, of making new friends, overcoming our fears and obstacles, and most of all - having fun!
Throughout the fall and winter, we’ll be holding our Mini-Camps at Peak Experiences. Designed for those 6 - 11, the day will be packed with climbing, big swings from the mezzanine, group activities, and snacks. You can learn more and register here.
We’re also planning our 2026 Summer season. As you know, our team of counselors and support staff are the heartbeat of our organization. Most of them started out as young campers themselves! If you love adventure sports, love to teach and coach, and want to enjoy the perfect summer, we may have a spot for you! Follow this link to learn more about joining our team.
Halloween is also right around the corner, and there’s more reason to be excited than simply hoarding candy: Emails to lock in your registration to become a camper in 2026 will hit your inbox that morning! This will allow you to secure your preferred week and coordinate your family’s summer schedule, gain access to your favorite Passages programs, and more.
Lastly, we’re making plans for our 2026 Wilderness Survival Skills Camps! This one is more physically challenging, and great for those 12 - 16. You’ll learn about basic camping gear, how to make use of the things you find in the wild, making fire, and more! Campers who go through this program will finish a little bit taller and make the perfect contestant for “Survivor!” Camps will be in June and July, and you can learn more about them here.
So, Happy Fall, share this news with the camper in your family, and LET THE EXCITEMENT BEGIN!
